Return & Refund Policy

At Cinci CNC, LLC, we stand behind the products we make.

Returns are accepted for unused, unmodified items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Custom machined parts, made-to-order products, special-order items, and products that have been modified, damaged, or used are not eligible for return unless defective or supplied incorrectly.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@cincicnc.com.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Cinci CNC, LLC.
